Ryan has worked within recruitment for close to eleven years, eight of which have been with Rimfire Resources.

Ryan enjoys working closely with Rimfire’s clients to understand their needs and establish long term partnerships with the businesses to assist across all levels of their business. His recruitment expertise is spread across a diverse range of roles, including working closely with the operational divisions of our clients to source candidates. These include recent assignments sourcing: Supply Chain Management, Commodity Trader, Trading Manager, National Sales Manager, Territory/Account Management, Customer Service Manager, Business Analyst, Regional Operations Manager, Product/Brand Manager and many others, across the horticultural, grain, food manufacturing and agricultural asset management space.
