Meredith re-joined the Rimfire team in 2022 bringing with her extensive experience across agriculture with project-based research activities across a range of sectors, including crop protection, horticulture and livestock.  Her love of the rural life started from her early years spent on the family farm in East Gippsland. She completed a Bachelor of Business – Agribusiness at Monash University and has been fortunate to work in varied roles, in both corporate and small agribusiness which has provided her with a well-rounded skill set to be applied to her work. Prior to joining Rimfire Resources, she worked for Bayer CropScience and Kleffmann & Partner where she was involved in market research with producers across Australia. Meredith works closely with the Rimfire recruitment consultants to drive search functions and identify talent within the relevant sectors. She actively searches, supporting the team to continuously build a talent pool of high calibre candidates
