She has worked in both generalist HR and compensation roles in Australia and the UK across the energy, retail and agribusiness sectors. Jessica has expert knowledge of many aspects of HR and reward practices such as HR reporting and analytics; short- and long-term incentives; job evaluations; executive and non-executive remuneration; policy and position description drafting; and salary benchmarking.
