Charlie is a recruitment specialist with five plus years’ experience. He has worked across several sectors, including starting his career with Rimfire Resources in graduate recruitment, with his more recent position covering operations, finance, and customer service roles across many levels.

Having a small farm in his family, Charlie has a fascination and genuine interest in agriculture and farming practices, and continually watches and observes industry trends. Starting his early career as a fledging professional golfer in the USA, Charlie then decided to commence his tertiary Studies in Marketing and returned to Australia to continue his recruitment career.

A strong people person, Charlie takes pride in finding and attracting high quality candidates. He believes in being very upfront with clients as to areas of an individuals improvement so that they are acutely aware of areas for development during their induction and probationary period.
