Based in Perth Western Australia, Charles possesses in excess of twenty years’ experience in leadership positions in Melbourne, London and Perth, consulting to clients and candidates in both executive search and career management. More recently, Charles has partnered with agribusinesses across the grains, livestock, horticultural, regenerative, banking and food production sectors and is continually seeking to develop his networks and industry knowledge in these and related fields. Charles holds a BA (Social Sciences) as well as postgraduate qualifications in Project Management.
